Responsibilities
Training Responsibilities
During the Ausbildung, you will receive practical training in food production and processing. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing meat products according to production standards.
- Producing minced meat and other processed food products.
- Operating food processing machinery and production equipment.
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitation in accordance with German food safety regulations.
- Monitoring product quality during production.
- Handling packaging, storage, and cold-chain operations.
- Following workplace safety and quality procedures.

- Second Year: €1,050 per month
